Happy New Year, Pittsburgh (Yes, I’m 2 Days Late) 🎉

Good evening, yinz — and Happy New Year.

If you’re reading this on January 3rd, you’re either:
A) way more productive than you should be right now
B) avoiding something

C) you’re actually a raving fan of mine (in which case… I love you)

NYD was Thursday, so yeah… we’re two days removed from the holiday. But honestly? That’s the most Pittsburgh thing ever. We’re still mentally in 2025, physically in 2026, and emotionally somewhere between “fresh start” and “I need another nap.”

2025 was… wild.

I served fewer clients, BUT I closed more total real estate $$$ than ever before.
Biggest year of my career — single-handedly.

And what’s funny is… it didn’t start that way.
It started as a giant unknown. I was honestly terrified. The kind of terrified where you don’t tell anyone you’re scared, you just grind and pray you don’t screw it up.

And somehow… it turned into my best year ever.

So in 2026? We build on that.

Not just “more business.”
Better business.

Better communication.
Better systems.
Better marketing.
So I can give my people elite-level service and leave them thinking:

“Holy sh*t… this guy knows what he’s doing… and he’s awesome.”

That’s the standard.

And I’ll be honest — I’m setting a big goal this year:

I want to be the most viewed realtor in Pittsburgh.
More eyes on my content than anyone else.
More reach. More value. More trust. More attention.

Because the more people who know I exist… the more people I can help.
And the more leverage I have to protect my clients and win deals.
