August in Pittsburgh has a funny way of feeling both wide open and already winding down. One minute it’s food trucks, block parties, and skyline sunsets — the next, school buses are back, the Steelers are in preseason, and everyone’s talking about pumpkin spice.

If you're new here, I’m Pittsburgh’s Go-To Realtor, Expert in Luxury Homes & Strategic Real Estate Solutions, and someone who’s proud to combine small-town roots with big-city results. Over the years, I’ve sold millions of dollars worth of real estate, met some incredible people, and had the privilege of helping them buy and sell some truly amazing properties.

I had every intention of writing you a fun little newsletter this week, and then life happened. A wave of listings, nonstop appointments, and a to-do list that grew faster than the grass in July.

Somewhere between a final walkthrough and a listing photoshoot, I realized I completely dropped the ball. And honestly, I’m cool with it.

It’s a lighter weekend anyway, so take this as a sign to chill out, soak up what’s left of summer, and we’ll pick things back up next Friday with your usual dose of real estate and local flavor.
